Please note that to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented new protocols and safety measures:
Our reception staff will closely monitor the retail area as we will only be taking one (1) customer at a time in the store.
As you arrive, kindly wait outside in line or in the car
until we are able to take the next customer. Others (including plus ones) will have to wait outside until the receptionist prompts you for your turn. We will have two (2) meter markings on the ground to observe physical distancing
.
Due to restrictions on the number of customers allowed in the store,
local pick-ups are discontinued until further notice.
Upon arrival, there will be a series of
pre-screening questions and a temperature check.
We will not be accepting any cash at this time, but we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and debit card payments.
All customers/patients will be required to
wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide a mask for you, along with hand sanitizers and gloves, before entering the store.
Our washrooms will be closed to customers at this time. We advise that you take a trip to the washroom at home prior to arriving at the store.
To serve you better and to properly sanitize, we will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
